How it works:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Just email us at hello@clnchgear.com with your order number. For most items, you do not need to ship anything back. Once your refund is approved, we issue it to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 

Damaged or defective items:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email a photo to hello@clnchgear.com within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. No return needed.
