SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing
We process orders within 24-48 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping times
We ship from our partner warehouse. Most orders arrive within the following windows:

- United States: 7 to 12 business days
- Canada: 8 to 14 business days
- United Kingdom and EU: 8 to 14 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 10 to 15 business days
- Rest of world: 12 to 21 business days

We won't pretend it's overnight. We're a small brand and we'd rather be honest about timing than overpromise and disappoint.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email within 48 hours of your order shipping. If you do not receive tracking within 5 business days, email hello@clnchgear.com and we'll investigate.

If your order takes longer than 21 business days to arrive
Email us at hello@clnchgear.com with your order number. We'll either reship for free or refund in full. No drama.

Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on US orders over $50. Standard shipping under $50 is calculated at checkout based on destination.

Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, file a claim with the carrier first, then email us. If the package arrived damaged, send photos within 7 days and we will replace at no charge.

Address errors
We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
